Carpet and upholstery cleaners

Marketing for carpet and upholstery cleaners

People choose a carpet cleaner on price, on how soon you can come, and on whether they'd trust you in their house with the dog and the cream sofa. Put all three in your ads and on your site.

Your real starting price

“How much for three rooms?” comes first. We put your starting price in the ad and on the site the way you quote it: per room, per sofa, per flight of stairs, with what counts as a room. A through-lounge is two. The price at the door then matches the ad.

Quotes from a photo

A WhatsApp button lets someone send a picture of the stain and get a price without ringing. We count taps on the button, and we don't read your messages.

If you run Local Services Ads, Google says message leads generally cost less than calls, which suits photo quotes. Carpet cleaning is one of Google's UK categories for them.

Keep out the machine hire searches

Some people searching “carpet cleaner” want a machine or a spray. We keep out searches with “hire”, “rent”, “machine”, “shampoo”, “Rug Doctor” and “Vax”, and searches for carpet fitters or carpets for sale, so you don't pay for those clicks.

Before and after, on video

A stain lifting out of a cream carpet is the best advert you've got. Ten seconds of it on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, shown to homeowners in your towns, does more than a paragraph about deep cleaning. We use footage of customers' homes only with their say-so.

Trust in their home

Your NCCA or WoolSafe membership with the number, your insurance, real photos of you and your van, and answers to what people worry about: drying time, pets and smells, whether a stain will come out, and moving furniture. We write the answers with you.

End of tenancy and repeat work

Landlords, letting agents and holiday lets book again and again. A page for them, and a reminder to past customers a year on, if they've said yes to hearing from you.

Busy weeks and quiet weeks

Ads go up when the diary's empty and down when it's full. Message us and we change them the same working day.

Which calls became jobs

We count calls, forms and WhatsApp taps. Whoever does your bookings tells us which turned into jobs, so the report shows what each job cost to get.
