Terms

Our terms, in plain English

This is the agreement we work to. When you go ahead, you get it as a one-page document with your business name and the price from your check note, for both of us to sign.

  1. The free check

It's free and you're under no obligation. We use what you send us only to write your check note.

  2. What we do

The work listed in your check note, once you've agreed to it. Anything new, we agree with you in writing first, price included.

  3. Price and payment

A set-up price once, then a flat monthly fee. Both are in your check note. Our fee is never a share of your ad spend. We invoice the set-up fee when we start and the monthly fee at the start of each month, and ask for payment within 14 days.

  4. Ad spend

You pay Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Microsoft or OpenAI yourself, from your own card. We never hold your money, and we don't raise your budget without asking.

  5. Length and stopping

No minimum term. Either of us can stop with 30 days' notice by email. You pay for the work up to the end of the notice period.

  6. What you own

Your ad accounts, Google Business Profile, other listings, domain and website are in your name. Once the set-up fee is paid, the website we build for you, and the words and photos on it, are yours. If you stop, we move the site to hosting in your name or hand it to whoever you choose, and take ourselves off your accounts.

  7. Access

You add us as users from your own login. We never ask for a password, and you can remove us at any time.

  8. Your customers' details

We use enquiry details, such as names, numbers and messages, only to run and report on your marketing. We don't sell or share them. When you stop, we delete any we hold within 30 days.

  9. Reviews and honesty

We never write, buy or reward reviews, and we never ask only the customers we know were happy. Your ads say only what you can back up.

  10. What we can't promise

A position on Google, the map or in AI answers, or a set number of enquiries or jobs. Platforms can reject ads, change prices or suspend accounts. If that happens we tell you straight away and help sort it out, but their decisions are theirs.

  11. Complaints

Email hello@leveryard.com. We reply within two working days.

  12. Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
