What we collect
When you send the free check form: your business name or website, your email or mobile number, what you write in the form, the page you sent it from, the country your connection comes from, your browser type, the page that sent you to us, and whether the spam check passed.
Why
To reply about your check and, if you go ahead, to work with you. The legal basis is taking the steps you've asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We use your details to reply about your check, and for nothing else. No mailing list.
Where it's kept
In a Cloudflare database in Western Europe. A copy of each request is emailed to our inbox, which runs on Google's Gmail. The spam check on the form is run by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How long
If you don't become a client, we delete your request within 12 months. If you do, we keep your details while we work together, and our invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The spam check on the form is there for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
